What We Do
UICON
is made up of like-minded transportation professionals drawn from both
public and private sectors belonging to US and India. They are Subject
Matter Experts (SMEs) specialized in different areas of transportation
such as transportation planning, traffic management, pavements,
bridges, strategic planning, project management, organizational
development, and related topics. Participation levels vary from being
SMEs providing technical services to organizational support including
outreach.
UICON adopts an SME-Centric approach to provide a suite of products and services geared towards undertaking Transportation Technology Transfer (T3) activities in a manner that is comprehensive, coordinated, and continuous. T3 activities promote Government-to-Government (G2G), Agency-to-Agency (A2A), Industry-to-Industry (I2I), and Professional-to-Professional (P2P) type of interactions which include Collaborative Efforts, Executive Roundtables, Technology Scans and Summits, Professional Training, Expert Talks, and E-Forums. The business model is structured to enable T3 activities which are customer-focused and project-driven and will generate the required revenues to support required resource needs.
